A neighbourhood facing the river
Boulevard Sainte-Anne runs along the St. Lawrence. It is easy to walk or cycle here, between river viewpoints and the Pointe-au-Père Maritime Historic Site.
What to see in the area
The Pointe-au-Père lighthouse, the Empress of Ireland museum and the Onondaga submarine — the only submarine open to the public in Canada — are all in the same area. Check opening hours with the historic site before visiting.
Downtown Rimouski
Restaurants, grocery stores, shops and cultural events are a short drive from the area. Free parking is available on site.
